The design of Gassan is to artistically represent a traditional Japanese village at the CBD of Hong Kong, showing a quiet and beautiful place for the customers to relax and enjoy their omakase menu.

With the fog and the maple tree, the design becomes even more poetic and photo-taking oriented.
